李勝杰，男，1981年出生，博士，研究員，碩士生導師，任生物技術(shù)研究所副主任。入選農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)村部“神農(nóng)青年英才”、中國水產(chǎn)科學研究院“中青年科技拔尖人才”、“水科英才-領(lǐng)軍人才”和“百名科技英才”。長期從事淡水魚類生物技術(shù)與遺傳育種研究，在大口黑鱸、草魚良種選育和產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用方面開展了一系列創(chuàng)新性研究工作，涉及魚類功能基因及組學、功能性分子標記開發(fā)及輔助育種、良種培育與產(chǎn)業(yè)化應(yīng)用等領(lǐng)域；先后主持“十二五”國家科技支撐計劃子課題、國家自然科學基金、國家現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)體系、廣東省種業(yè)專項、廣東省自然科學基金、廣東省科技計劃項目等10多項；第1和第2完成人培育2個國審大口黑鱸新品種“優(yōu)鱸3號”和“優(yōu)鱸1號”；成果先后獲中國農(nóng)牧漁業(yè)豐收獎一等獎（第1）、廣東省科技進步獎二等獎（第2）和中華農(nóng)業(yè)科技進步獎（第2）等省部級獎勵6項、市級科技獎6項及授權(quán)發(fā)明專利13項。發(fā)表論文100余篇，主編著作3部，參編4部，制定行業(yè)和地方標準各1項。
