洪孝友，男，1985年出生，湖北廣水人。博士，副研究員，水產動物遺傳育種與種質資源研究室，從事龜鱉等水產種質資源及遺傳保護研究，在黿、中華鱉、鱧、美洲鰣等資源保護與遺傳育種方面進行了深入研究。主持或者參與省部級等科技項目30多項，在全國首次成功開展了國家一級重點保護動物黿馴養繁殖，實現了該瀕危物種的人工保種，相關工作得到了農業農村部領導的批示，主筆了農業農村部印發的《黿拯救行動計劃（2019-2035年）》。作為項目骨干實施了中華鱉和鱧育種研究，培育出水產新品種中華鱉“珠水1號”和“烏斑雜交鱧”。主持或參與制定了多項國家和地方水產行業標準，獲省科技進步獎三等獎及市科技獎各1項；作為第一發明人獲得國家授權發明專利2件，實用新型2件；發表學術論文50余篇，其中第一作者及通訊作者30余篇；參編著作3本。
