賴子尼,女,1964年出生,博士，研究員，碩士研究生導師。主要從事漁業生態環境保護研究工作，研究涉及江河漁業生態環境保障，養殖池塘水質調控技術，漁業生態環境變化對漁業生物的影響、調控及修復等。先后主持和參加了國家社會公益研究專項、公益性行業（農業）科研專項、國家科技支撐計劃、農業部物種資源保護（漁業）項目、廣東省海洋漁業科技攻關等科研項目66項。獲獎14項（次），專利27項，發表論文128篇。
