李志斐，男，河南內黃人，1983年出生，中國水產科學研究院珠江水產研究所副研究員，廣東省省級農村科技特派員。主要從事水產養殖水環境修復研究工作，圍繞淡水池塘健康養殖、尾水生態治理、大水面生態漁業等方面開展科學研究。先后主持國家自然科學基金、廣東省自然科學基金、廣東省科技計劃、農業農村部財政專項、廣東省漁港建設和漁業發展專項等科研項目20余項；參與農業公益性行業專項、國家重點研發計劃、國家科技支撐計劃等項目20余項。獲科技獎勵13項，其中“淡水池塘環境生態工程調控與尾水減排關鍵技術及應用”獲廣東省技術發明獎一等獎、“草魚綠色養殖和產業升級技術集成示范推廣”獲全國農牧漁業豐收獎一等獎、“草魚品質提升及養殖減排關鍵技術研發與產業化應用”廣東省科技進步獎二等獎；公開發表論文90余篇，其中SCI/EI 40篇(第一/通訊 14篇)；授權國家專利20余件、軟件著作權7件；參編著作1部。
