馬冬梅，女，1978年出生，博士，研究員，碩士生導師。博士畢業于中國科學院水生生物研究所，曾赴挪威生命科學大學做訪問學者一年。主要從事魚類遺傳育種研究工作，研究涉及禾花鯉、尖塘鱧、草魚、羅非魚、鯽魚和加州鱸新品種選育及健康養殖等領域。主持國家自然科學基金青年基金和面上項目各1項、其它各級項目5項，參與國家自然科學基金、國家大宗淡水產業技術體系建設專項、科技支撐計劃、農業行業專項和廣東省科技計劃等科研項目25項。先后獲廣東省科學技術獎二等獎、中華農業科技獎二等獎和廣東省農業技術推廣獎一等獎等科技獎勵8項。作為主要完成人培育出了禾花鯉“乳源1號”。獲授權專利19項。參編著作4部。公開發表學術論文60多篇。
